The Model 422B/x10 Transformerless Audio Distribution Amplifier has Differential Input/Output, X10 Gain, with an Octal plug-in.

Designed for Isolation / Distribution for multiple audio signals / locations. This audio distribution amplifier is a device that accepts a single input signal and provides this same signal to multiple isolated outputs without ground loops or signal degradation. The 422B/x10 is commonly used for splitting monitor and front of house mixes, and "tapping" a signal prior to sending it through effects units to preserve a "dry" signal for later experimentation.
