The Model 423 D.C. Operational Amp (Repairable) logic module that produces RMS: 12 Watts - 40 Watt Peak with an Octal Plug-In. It can be used as a moderate power amplifier for Audio & Industrial applications.
It can be used as an Audio amplifier to drive loudspeakers and can be equalized for response enhancement. It can also be configured as a Constant-Current amplifier for frequency response extention / enhancement of Dynamic Loudspeakers.
The 423 Operational Amp can be used as a Servo-Motor Driver / Controller for Industrial uses like a Positioning Servo for Damping Control and a Velocity Servo for RPM.
An operational amplifier ("op-amp") is a DC-coupled high-gain electronic voltage amplifier with a differential input and, usually, a single-ended output. An op-amp produces an output voltage that is typically hundreds of thousands of times larger than the voltage difference between its input terminals.
Applications:
- Electronics
- Power Amplifier
- Servo Amplifier / Servomechanisms
- Constant-Current Amp
- Damping Control
- Velocity Servo for RPM control
